VOLT 276 - NO LOW END (BASS/KICK)

After several attempts I have been unable to get any low end out of the Volt 276. I use a Focusrite 2i2 which works without an issue. My musician/techie geek son gifted me the Volt and I was particularly interested in the onboard compressor and saturation as my music is mostly from the 60s and 70s. However, even though we got it working, there is little bass or kick drum coming out of my monitors or the Audeze LCD-X headphones. I mix all of my tracks with booming bass and kick that you can hear and feel. That has disappeared with the VOLT. We asked support and got some suggestions, but none of them worked. So for now, I'm back to the Focusrite 2i2.
