Tanto el 1176 como este LA-2A, los utilizo de como plugins nativos. Estoy ansioso de que saquen pronto los EQs API en versión nativa, porque de momento debo usar los de otra compañía.J. Mora S.

I've read somewhere that Oxide is a simplified version of the Studer Tape plugin, with an inbuilt set of adjustments. DOn't know if it's true or not, but it sounds very different out of the box, and you'd struggle to get Studer to match the sound of Oxide by tweaking its individually adjusted parameters.
Oxide sounds great, it's refreshingly easy to use, and if you want that particular tape profile - which is great, round and warm, but clean at the same time - without having to wrestle to make Studer sound similar - I haven't succeeded, but I haven't tried too much, to be honest - it's definitely a good addition to the tape collection, especially since the price is not one you're gonna feel sorry about.M. i love the sound and easy to use, its great and intuitive to use and sounds amazing. also i think its perfect for starters to learn how a synth works, because of its rather simple and straightforward conception.
the only thing i dislike is that you cannot customize the midi cc for the parameters though, which is a pretty basic functionality for a virtual instrument nowadays.
