It won't fix your mix, but it would make it sound more like finished record. It sounds great bot on master and on busses. Highly recommended.

The plugin that changed how I mix
To say I love this plugin would be an understatement. It’s the plugin that single handedly changed how I mix drums entirely. Focusing more using saturation instead of compression, this plugin can get you that massive led zeppelin drum sound. I always have it on my master fader as well, using it for mastering jobs, as well as simple saturation. It’s super simple to use, and very musical. I can honestly say it gets used on every session I do, generally multiple times!

Sometimes it does the trick
Sometimes it does the trick, but there is a big lack of versatility. I grab it when I need a quick and dirty temporary solution, but I end up replacing it by something else that has more tweaking capabilities. because I can't make it sit in the mix. That being said, It sounds real good at what it does!

Still learning how to use this device... looking for a way to bring out a bit of saturtion without changing the character of the kick and low end... the potential is there, need to keep exploring.

Turn it on and it sounds good out of the box
There must be some mojo to this one. It's somehow subtle and yet it improves the sound, so you miss it once its gone. I have more obvious tapes and distortion plugins, but this one becomes more and more my goto. Specially on acoustic guitars, which I use on almost every song. To me this plugin is very well done!

Useful tool to enhance a mix
Although this plugin cannot save a bad mix, it can help you add that crucial 5-10% that makes the difference between a good mix and a truly interesting one. It has now become one of my go-to plugins on my mix bus.

One of my favorites
I've read somewhere that Oxide is a simplified version of the Studer Tape plugin, with an inbuilt set of adjustments. DOn't know if it's true or not, but it sounds very different out of the box, and you'd struggle to get Studer to match the sound of Oxide by tweaking its individually adjusted parameters.
Oxide sounds great, it's refreshingly easy to use, and if you want that particular tape profile - which is great, round and warm, but clean at the same time - without having to wrestle to make Studer sound similar - I haven't succeeded, but I haven't tried too much, to be honest - it's definitely a good addition to the tape collection, especially since the price is not one you're gonna feel sorry about.C. Just bought the essentials bundle, and only got half of this plugin, plus an advertisement. Disappointed

I didn’t get it .. until I tried it
Everyone was praising this plugin everywhere and I didn’t understand how it could be all that people were talking about. Then I tried it and played around for about 1h until I got it and now it’s on all my mixes. Just that glue and not surgical (in a good way). It would be great to have a “view” where it was easier to navigate (don’t need to look like they actual hardware)
