Hey, need mo DSP? This is the ticket. I use a lot of plugins so my Apollo gets full in a hurry. Plug this dude in and bang zoom, gots mo room to play. It's like going from the kid bedroom into the master bedroom.

It doesn't get any better than this folks.... Simply Honest True Mixes that duplicate exactly what you hear in real life but even warmer and more musical!! Universal Audio has mastered making digital sound like what we always loved about 2" Tape and have made it more clear sounding while keeping the warmth. Unbelievable !!

Power to the people
I always wanted to try UAD gear, and plugins, I’m glad I did though I’m paying the price, not cheap, but it’s been worth it for the noticeable improvements in my sound and workflow. And enjoyment again! I love the build quality of this unit, the additional 8 cores means I can mix at home without having to move my other units! It’s super well built, easy to set up, works as it should and well worth it for bigger mixes! I was getting maxed out as I like to use multiple reverbs and experiment lots, so having the extra power is well worth it. I would happily use this just to use the UAD plugins even if I didn’t have an interface. It is a big cost, but the joy of having access to the UAD plugins is well worth it. The emulations are outstanding and very close to the real stuff. I wish I had this years ago.

Honestly it does exactly what you imagine it does. I constantly ran into walls with my laptop-based setup. Creativity would collapse my CPU. Then I finally bit the bullet and purchased UA products. Not only are the plugins heads-and-shoulders above the rest, but this little box means that I can run plugin after plugin after plugin and NEVER STOP MY CREATIVE FLOW. I have not hit the wall of this thing yet! It works flawlessly and it is super compact. BUY THIS BOX if you are in need of more UA processing power. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been a UAD user since the UAD1 days, moved to UAD cards and then onto the Apollo system in 2014. I’ve just upgraded to the x6 to expand and must say I’m still amazed at the quality for $ that UAD provides. The satellite only added the experience. The converters have let me gain a clarity in detail that is really notable and the connectivity has allowed me to easily integrate my whole studio.
Bravo UAD. Keep up the great work.
