Excellent Levelers
Excellent Levelers. Nice Sound. Especially the Gray Version on Vocals works fine.

Nice, smooth tape vibe!
I love this plug! Everything from hifi tape warmth to beat up cassette static are available. There are some really neat slapback delay sounds as well. Works wonders on everything you put through it, drums, guitars, keys, vocs etc... it really warms things up when working in the box, especially on digital sources. I've spent a little time on a real Studer tape machine, and allthough its not spot on, it really is as good of a tape emulation you will ever find.

This is my Go To Reverb on Vocals and Snares!
This reverb has an amazing sound, I love to use it on Vocals and Snares, the presets are a great starting point and the quality is nothing shy of UAD excellence!

What can a say!
This is the classic compressor. It is necessary in all studio situations. Sounds smooth, distorts as it is meant to and colours correctly. I always use uad rather than other brands as it really is the best sound.

GREAT
Thanks UA for this killlllllllllller upgrade! No joke, this plug is a must have buss compressor if you are on UAD-2. The LF side-chain filter is the big ticket on this plugin. The overall sound of the 670 is beautiful and warm, but the LF side-chain filter allows you the kind of control over the low-end that we didn't have before in the Fairchild 670 MKI. With the MKII upgrade, you are able to control exactly what frequency the compressor begins working at, allowing you to hit it harder without inducing compression pumping. When I set out for a buss compressor, I needed one that covered all my bases stylistically, not just rock, not just acoustic. The Fairchild Pluging Collection (MKII upgrade) does that, and extremely well.

Having tried most of the tape simulators Texas I can truly affirm that this to your 800 you made by Claudia it's completely amazing congratulations one more time for at Universal audio

Fantastic!
The LA2 is super gentle and the Grey has its own character that makes it easy to distinguish from the Silver. Head and shoulders above the legacy LA-2A. With a coupon and the legacy owner pricing, this 3 compressor bundle is a no-brainier.

nice box
It's early days but am enjoying the Fairchild collection. Love the Ocean Way bus setting in 660. Also some of the vocal settings in 660 and some of the acoustic guitar ones too. It puts a nice warm spread across the sonic spectrum while at the same time puling elements forward in the mix without E'qing.

GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
The Lexicon 224 is the real deal. I've used the hardware version and it sounds the same. The only problem I have with Universal Audio plug-ins is that they are like a drug. Every time I use one it's so good I want to buy another.I'm scared to demo some of the plug-ins because I know I will like them and I'm not ready to spend yet. Universal Audio keep doing what you're doing. I'm a customer for life.

Teletronix LA-2A
This is a warning to all. If you don't have the money to buy this plug-in then don't demo it because if you do you will be hooked. It is great!!! It is a warm beautiful sound. I can't see myself mixing vocals without it. Universal Audio you nailed it with this one.

Holy snare drum!
I used the Legacy LA-2A happily with my Apollo for many months, then decided to try these out. They are so good on snare its silly. I used the Legacy religiously on snare and now to have three options, all of which SMOKE the original is fantastic. I really enjoy the LA2 the most, but the others have their applications as well. They really bring out something special on snare, and all drums really. I prefer the 1176 on vocals but thats not enough to give these plugins anything less than five stars.

Get them!
I demoed these the first week I got my Apollo, and decided that the legacy version was good enough. I like the legacy 1176 better than any other comp plug I've tried. After spending several months with the legacy 1176 I decided to try out the newer ones again, and I was blown away. I guess I was just so impressed with the original that I didn't see the need to upgrade, but now I am very glad I did. All three have their own subtleties and they are all terrific. They keep up with my hardware distressor very well, and its nice being able to track with them on the Apollo with no latency.

Good character comp, Sidechain Filter and Mix help
Useful character compressor and an improvement over the Mk I.
Good for adding weight to drums and synths.
The side chain filter and mix knob are big timesavers. I hope these will be added to future dynamics plugins.

Very impressive
I am a 2 time billboard #1 engineer, This plugin is well worth every penny it's sounds so much like the real one and sits in a mix so well you can crank it up and it doesn't disturb the mix it just puts an awesome sounds to it without cluttering up the mix

Different beast
This is nice, but when side by side to the la2a it's not as character filled - I guess it's a subtle difference that's lost on me, but still has it's uses for elements that you don't want smothered.

I'm finding that I can't have any production without these on now.
Mixing ITB needs plugins like this, they add so much character and elasticity to sounds it's unreal. Any genre would benefit from the touches of this!
