I've never heard anything like it
I realised after buying this plugin how far away I was from truly interesting reverb tails and sounds from the average reverb plugins from the DAW's. This thing has vibe on its own. The tail is absolutely amazing. You can use it for anything from plate reverb to super lush atmospheric stuff. I'm still getting my way around it but I'm really excited about it.

Amazing tool!
It's really cool! Very good for each type of instrument. It give me control and presence that I need in my tracks! The most powerfull compressor for lead or back vocal)
Thanks for it! :)

Loving the warmth!
I just love how this warms up whatever you put through it - really added some oomph to a sax solo I was mixing.

Weird but cool piece of kit
I struggle to understand this plugin, but I find that if I turn knobs long enough something beautiful always comes out of it. Thanks UA!

Feels Like the Real Thing
This is a great set of compressors that I find invaluable for both tracking and mixing. It's great having all three and there is certainly a distinct difference between each of the compressors. Having used the hardware pieces that these model many times I feel the only thing I'm missing is the sound of the needle hitting the inside of the meter. Like most everything UA make this is a must have!

WHOO!!
Once again as far as others attempts on such classics UAD far surpasses them. Waves doesn't have shit with their versions but with all due respect to audio, everything can have a use. As far as real these are the ones! I am in love with the LA2 on acoustic guitars which I don't care for much compression on them usually but that one is just awesome sauce for it. The classic analog bundle is just pure bliss and daily uses for me and I don't hesitate their use thus cutting my mix times considerably not wondering what flavor I want.

Buy this!
Seriously buy this! This is something that you should have in your arsenal. I pretty much just use this and forget about EQing as this thing can just give you everything. Mess with the control that are under the hood and you'll see what I mean ;)

I love it and you will too!
If you want one reverb and the best reverb you want THIS. This or maybe the AMS. Two different flavours both really amazing. This thing is so easy to use and to get great sound out of it is just a no-brainer. It might take up a bit more of your DSP but in the end you'll understand why as it's just just amazing!

Great Plugin
I use them for a punchy drum sound, so I can get the typical vintage color of the mid early 70s.
Thanx to UAD, great plugin!

Lexicon....? More like sexicon... Amiright!?
This plugin has surprised me, in more than 1 way. I actually never used a 224 in real life... But when I first used this, I was able to get some really fantastic ambience on my tracks. When you open up the top panel, you can tweak the pitch.... And really create some unheard of sounds. I'm gonna use this on synths, all the time.

Big knobs & bigger sound!
This sounds phenomenal! As an engineer who tries to use as little eq as possible in my projects, it's important to know that the ones I use give me great results without a ton of trial & error. So far, I'm really impressed with this... On bass, guitars, and kick drum.

Got To Get You Into My Life!
These are great sounding compressors! Even just the slightest bit of compression adds warmth and glue to a mix. They sound outstanding on drums! Hit them hard and they still sound extremely warm and musical! A must have!

Warmth
The Studer A800 sounds amazing on pretty much everything! I tried it out on an old mix I had done and was amazed at how much it improved the sonics and feel of the track!

Pultec Collection is like having analog gear in digital world !

Lex 224 works
Taking the weight of reverb processing off of my CPU and using the Lexicon made my program run better and with a better verb than came with my DAW. Thanks UA.

The best one for sure!
Having played with a number of Fairchild emus I liked the Puigchild the most. That was until I finally made it to UAD. The Fairchild was the first one I had to buy given its enigma and others attempts I had favored of in its likeness. Whether this is holds a candle to the real deal is irrelevant to me. Until I find out I am completely content having this. It is becoming a go to and must have on my mixes which are benefitting from it.

Thats it!!!
I work with Cubase and normally with the compressors/limiters from Waves, wich are good too ... but the fairchild is better. It's like you come from the second league to the premier league or from a Ford to an Audi (sorry, I'm from Germany :-)
The 670 on the stereo bus makes a song fat, big, large - you have to hear it... it is indescribable - and if you own one it is an indescribable joy !!!

One of my new favorites. Very glad that I added to my UA collection of plug ins. UA is making some great stuff.
