Very useful, great sounding tools
Having both the 1176 and LA2A collections, I bought these compressors out of curiosity, but I must say they can be called "classic" in their own right. Beautiful vintage compression with some interesting features and a warm and dense sound with lots of texture. I love the 175B on bass and the 176 on vocals and acoustic guitars. Worth checking out.

The API collection is top notch - Channel Strip is a masterpiece.
i’ve become sort of a channel strip nut over the past year – having channel, stripped for most of the big manufacturers, and I got to tell you the API right now is overall my favorite. High-quality great tone very flexible I’ve been using it on individual channels, and on buses when needed .

Great tone - predictable and organic results. Really keeps things punchy and ‘forward’ in a mix. I use one on Synth Buss and one on Drums Buss and love the way my tracks have been sounding. EDM/House/Techno producer

There are so many compressors but these 2, OMG! Amazing sound, so easy to use, and a lot more! Don't hesitate to grab these pair whenever u can. I use it for vocals a lot now.

Galaxy Tape Echo -- Next level goodness!
This is a wonderful device emulation. This thing adds real bounce to drum tracks as well as dreamy delay to vocals. The spring reverb adds a good sheen as well as introducing its signature reverb characteristic. It is a versatile, utilitarian plugin. Good on the track or on the group bus. Try it on synths as well. There are also 3 different tape heads to pick from! Well done.

Save some money
Being around the recording industry for 50 plus years I owned an original Avalon. I sold it because I did not need it at the time. I bought the plug in on sale what a money saver it sounds the same . I would recommend this plug in as opposed to buying the hardware save some money. A lot of money . Old man who can still hear .

1 word - Wow! UAD Hitsville EQ/Mastering emulation knocked a 23 year old re-master project out of the park. They make mastering a leisure rather than a chore. The song was a nice upbeat Bop or Steppers tune that pays tribute to the 60’s Hitsville Big era. The pre-sets are enough to satisfy most needs. But clicking the UAD embedded Instruction video opens a door to true creativity! Worth every penny
