What's not to love about this! I'm not one to get over exited about guitar effects, so five stars for this is unusual. I alway's fancied a real one but never got around to it. This is better though, there are some subtle advantages one only finds in practice so do try a demo. My favourate feature is the the little switch marked 'Beat Sync' which is very useful. I use Luna which is also a real pleasure.

I wouldn't have thought that yet another compressor would be so useful. But no I'm finding myself dropping it in on every kick and snare track. Pretty amazing.

Very Effective tool to use it on the master or in voices. It adds something difficult to explain. It makes your track to sound clearer and in an oldish style.

Teletronix® LA-3A Classic Audio Leveler
Very nice and musical leveler. I find it faster than the LA-2A. Very useful for some parts in the song.

I watched a lot of videos before I purchased this plug in and all I can say is wow. I took a voice note off my phone, ran it thru my Apollo inputs with this plug in. All I can say is that it made a big difference and I haven’t really used it like I want to yet.

A must-have for any UAD user
The brilliance of all UAD plugins is that the second you instantiate them and turn them on, your track sounds better. 1176 is no exception, and the legacy versions are DSP light so you can have them on every track in the mix.

LA-2A makes the difference
If you're just making the jump to UAD, be sure to get the LA-2A collection right from the start. Just turn it on and find your in and out levels, and your track will instantly be better. The legacy versions are DSP-light so you can load 'em up on every track in the mix.

Great, easy, fast reverb
You can get a great sound in less than a minute and it doesn't soak up all your dsp!

first time I demo this thing, I was blown away by the quality of Reverb, and to use the different mic position, take me back to school when setting up for tracking a session. I have made this reverb part of my template.
