Cut and Boost
Very Musical. The cut and boost to different frequencies makes this plug-in work great on about anything you put it on. I have found myself bouncing back and forth between it and the Pultec EQ on almost every vocal I have processed lately. Nice tube vibe.

The sound of an amazing studio in a box
Wow! Getting a dry and dull sounding feel to your mixed tunes? Just add a little dash of UAD’s Sound City Studio to the mix and you’ll be amazed at the natural ambient depth that your tune will exude. Wonderful!!!

Unavoidable !
Throughout my career as a musician in the biggest Parisian Recording Studios ( France ) I saw it placed on the SSL & NEVE consoles... From now on, I have it in my computers ( with its big sister, the 480 ! ) and I am delighted !

API 2500 Bus Compressor
It always works perfectly no matter what musical genres it is used for, the results are excellent!

My favorite tape echo!
It sounds like a real tape with those pitch and glitch movements! I usually set the delay slightly to the left and the reverb to the right - this gives a very nice space to the sound. And since it can't be set to a very long delay, I put another plugin before it with an extra delay to achieve slower repeats. The sound is so real!

The most detailed sounding tape machine!
Other tape simulations may sound very good on some instruments, but none sound as good as the Ampex ATR-102 on a complex sound like a bus or master. The sound is very detailed and transparent, and at the same time rich and colorful. I love the xtalk, flutter, wow, the EQ - they sound so natural and add some magic to the sound (especially the shelf EQ, which brings a very beautiful air to the high frequencies). There are so many settings that you can use to find the exact sound you need. Definitely one of my favorite plug-ins!

Natural,so good
It can naturally improve muffled sounds to clear sounds.

Awesome
This gives you a warm sound that sounds authentic, but not old-fashioned.

This compressor is a miracle!
I've tried all sorts of 20-knob compressors and finally the LA-2A sounds better again :-) It's been my favorite compressor for decades! The Gray version is my first choice for vocals and piano (usually after another quick compressor). The Silver one I use more for other instruments. And the LA-2 is very special! It's very slow, but if matched with some smoother instrument (synth or pad), the sound becomes amazing!

The warmest sounding channel strip!
The best choice for thick and warm sounding vocals, bass, synths and other instruments! This preamp makes the sound very big! The EQ sounds very rich, the de-esser sounds very soft and natural, and the compressor - one of my favorites! If you want a warm, analog-like sound, this plug-in is a must!

Amazing!
I love the amp options. Great for live. Bough it and went straight into my live rig.

Iconic Reverb
Iconic reverb from the past. Superb on vocals. It's so convenient to have it as a plugin in your arsenal!

Nothing less than amazing.
In a constanly growing folder of plugins of every kind, it's getting to a point were you think you've enough. Than something come out and change the rules, well this Is the case for me. I was NOT goin' to buy It, already have OceanWay, but what It does Is nothing less than amazing. Take your time with it, drums, guitars, whatever. You're not goin' to be disappointed.

It's truly analogue.
It's truly analogue. For those who have used tube music. It's the closest.
