API Vision this is very good !!!!
Without a doubt my favorite plugin in unison item preamp. He gives a very real and very solid at the sound characteristic. I loved it in use on snare and also on guitars besides giving much life the voices !!! I highly recommend it

Great sounding channel strip.. As a API hardware user I was really pleased with good sounding emulation. Its getting so close to the hardware , just insane! great job!!

Very nice tape emulation!
Well, I really like it a lot. Already had the Slate Digital VTM and Waves KMT and I have to say the UA Ampex takes the crown from the VTM (except for the multi instance grouping function of VTM). I mostly use it in slow tape speeds due to preferring the effects in the lower frequency range and I love how it glues the whole mix together. Excellent sounding plug-in!

Been using the Lexicon 480L for years. The 224 is a breeze to use and very organic sounding.A must have for any UA user and a definitive addition to your professional plugs.

Wow!
I just got an apollo twin and a sweet ass mic. I am a complete rookie when it comes to recording and mixing. Though this plug makes everything sound better. Like everything! I usually put it on my output channel and crank that baby up. Sounds like baby Jesus riding a badass unicorn rhino, ejaculating in your ears and whispering "everything is cool man" with his honey lips. Yes, I do recommend this product.

Is there such thing as too much of a good thing. In the case of the the Fairchild Collection I would have to say...No.
Insert it on every track, then the mix bus. Why not?

Pultec Passive EQ Collection
Since I started using this plug in 2 weeks ago it has become by go to eq collection for colour. The character it imparts is sublime, as it adds something that I simply have not found in other emulations I've used. Does is sound exactly like the hardware? I don't know but it has added something magical to nearly every source I've tried it on!

I was lucky enough, back in the 80's, to get to use the originals of the 1176 hardware units and I must say that these plug-ins come VERY close to the "vibe" that these were used for.
Great emulation with the added bonus of no maintenance needed!

it`s simply perfect
i tried it first when i got my uad2-quad, but i didn`t really got the concept, but when i saw the great price a few weeks ago i thought: let`s give it another try.
and after reading the manual i was enlightened immediately and since then i use it in every project.
it just sound so good and you can get this nice warmth and presence as you would expect from an old analog legend.
so far it`s the UAD plugin i`m most happy with

This is a truly awesome plugin. It makes me smile almost every time I try it. Really my favourite EQ and I already have quite a number and I cannot imagine doing a mix without it.
