Thank you.
8k is painless for voc presence; comp is pleasantly full and desser effectively subtle: de-es 3k and boost 3k at eq? why not? transformer option is cheating it sounds so good. Eq is painless all around. Just recorded 72 songs in 2 days for a pianist/singer. Mixed vocs thru this piece: ribbons of enchanting bliss haha. Stunning. It's the top end that roars, but not like a tooth pick scraping your ear drum; it roars like a sweet, velvet pillow.
Thank you Manley.

Simply the best...
This is a great sounding preamp, perfect for recording vocals, but I used it with drums and bass guitar too, the sound is absolutely gorgeous... I love it!

Transparent and beautiful!
Everyone knows this is a classic vocal compressor. It just smoothes out the voice without changing it too much. Anything it does add is subtle and nice. Especially the UAD version. I've used other plugin versions a lot, but this one just shines that little bit more!

EL TOQUE FINAL
La colección incluye dos versiones: una de mezcla y otra de mastering. Las diferentes curvas del EQ hacen que el sonido se equilibre y suene increible. Es la principal característica de Manley, la musicalidad.

Amazing
This has to be one if my favorite reverbs. It sounds so good on anything. But I especially love using it on vocals .

excellent eq
Very good for mastering and solo instruments. It is a good addition for "when you need it" moments because nothing sounds like it. DSP print is horror, UAD should work on it's efficiency.

Love what this adds
This plugin adds so much dimension to your mixes. I love how you can go very subtle or very extreme depending on what you're going for. Definitely a great tool in my plugin toolshed.

Love this for vocals
I've put off buying these for years, as I actually was fine with the Legacy version (much unlike the 1176s). I finally took the plunge, and they are a WORLD of difference from the Legacy version. I love using them in conjunction with the vintage 1176 plugs on vocals, especially. I would highly recommend over any of the other LA2A clones out there.

Learning Curve But Worth It
I gave this four stars... and that is kind of unfair. The truth is this unit requires some study and trial and error. But once you have it dialed in, it makes the drums sound incredible. I like it on the electric guitar bus as well. Killer.

The Best Vocal Sound
It is nearly impossible to get a bad sound out of this plug. I used an actual Vox Box on one track on my last record. Big mistake. It made all of the other lead vocals sound weak. Put this on and be amazed at how easy you can dial in the best vocal sound you have ever gotten from your DAW. Plus.... it sounds great on acoustic guitar and bass.

The little beast that could
I was torn between the Ampex and Oxide. I finally went with Oxide due to the lower CPU hit. PLUS it is so dead simple to use due to the preset names. Need to warm up that guitar? Take it to +3dbs and you are golden. Maybe someday I will get the Ampex for mix down, but for now, I am loving the tape warmth that oxide is laying down.

All you need!
I spent a fair bit of time auditioning the SSL, Neve and API channel strips. I could only really afford one and wanted to make sure I got the one I was going to want to use daily. They all sounded incredible in their own ways. Most differences were fairly subtle but they each have a sonic signature for sure. In the end it was the ergonomics and ease of use with the API that won me over. At no point did I need to squint to see something or reference the manual to find how to do something, it's all right there clear as day. A "Vision" indeed.
