My new "Go-To" inline Compressor
Super quick and easy to use and makes every track come alive and move beyond demo to record. Light CPU usage so you can load up your tracks with this bad dad and get the sound you are dreaming of in a couple of minutes. It is a must have.

Very good instrument for sound design
The quality is great. I found that it works very well on some sounds.
But I am going to purchase Studio D Chorus also because in some cases it fits better. I think Studio D is more suitable for guitars.
They give different sound. It is worth to have both (if possible) and try one or another in every particular case.

Kind of wondering if I could give mastering my own stuff a shot now given how GREAT this ATR-102 sounds on the mix buss. Everything is instantly more 3D with wonderful clarity.

Noise and hum... i am very happy it can be left as with the original unit, and even more happy when I can turne it off. Then you get natural sounding compression and silk saturation with a pristine sound track. A little goes a long way. you can burn your audio if you want to, then it sounds distorted and can be an FX machine. But subtle is its strength.
