It’s incredibly to have this thing as a Plug-in. The sound is bigger than most analog synthesizers. U can save it. Use multiple instances.. it’s awesome

Not much else to add really. Perfect balance of flexibility and ease of use. Would love if they smoothed out the animation or allowed you to disable it. Sonics are great though!

iLok - UAD fooled me - last time you get my money!
UAD doesn´t allow to put iLok licenses on the (offline) computer.
My last iLok USB Dongle died for an unknown reason and I will NEVER trust this little **** again. Feeling so fooled by you UAD! Cheap move.

It just sounds right
Every time I use any of the Space Echo plugins I find it hard to fit them in the mix. But this one. It just sounds like it's always been in my mix, perfectly take a spot!

Simple & Effective
Excellent quality reverb sound with simple operation. Above all, it is attractive that this plug-in does not take up DSP data.

I was honestly expecting more
I so wanted to give a better rating but gotta be real to my reality. I thought this would be revolutionary, but it was not, unfortunately. Opal is not easy to find presets while you are moving creatively thru a song and need a fast preset on the go. If you take the time before hand to shape and design your sounds, you should be fine though. For me as a songwriter when I think of a sound to fit the song and I need it to be there within 2 clicks. As a producer it can really kill the vibe to be scrolling thru all presets to find what the artist is looking for. Somehow I'm still not convinced this is a UA product but I'll keep giving it a chance on Spark until it changes my mind!

This one is a sleeper
I had Ampex and Studer plugins for years after I gave Oxide a try. The plugin interface looks simple but the sound is huge. I love it more than the Studer.

I have several tape Emu's but IMO this one is the best. I'm no expert but we've always had a reel to reel in the house growing up (Dad) and this plugin comes the closest to my ears !!!!!!

Century Tube Channel Strip
Nice add to my plug in list.
I use this to recorded all my Guitars, Bass, Keys and Drums. On windows, using Cubase Pro,
and Presonus 2626.

Deep waters
I have only scratched the surface, but it is quite clear that the amount of fine tuning you allow is excellent. The sound is deep and powerful, and reminds me of the days when I was lucky enough to hear a Hammond/Leslie only a few feet away from me on the stage. Add to that the huge amount of Hammond presence in so much of my favorite music, and I feel very comfortable in these deep waters!!!

Opal a dream synth that is deep!
I got the Opal synth at the end of 2022 on a lark, wasn't sure If I would like it.
However this is serious synth and I do love it! Can't wait for new features to be added as
it only at version 1.x

Old school deliciousness!
For me, the standard for a guitar-thru-a-Leslie sound is Clapton in Blind Faith's "In The Presence of the Lord". This plug-in absolutely nails it!

Very good emulation, but lacks seperate rotary audio fx
Very good B3 emulation with a very authentic sound, but it lacks a seperate rotary audio effects plugin. The Rotary must be purchased seperately, which is a bloody shame. So at least sell the Rotary at a substantial discount to owners of Waterfall B3
