Don't bother going through endless reviews of 1176 plugins. Just download the trial version of this UA 1176 and you won't be disappointed. It will immediately become your go-to 1176.

Unable to download
Teletronix LA-2A comes with the Volt 4 that I purchased from Sweetwater. I am considering returning the unit because when I tried to download it, a message stated that Mac 10.15 and later is required, but the Sweetwater site stated 10.14, which is what I have. I can not write a review and I can not afford to buy a Mac with 10.15.

Pure Plate Reverb, I wish I could
Unfortunately I am unable to experience and write a review about the PPReverb because I purchased the Volt 4 and when I tried to download it, I could not . The Sweetwater site stated 10.14 was required but I have a Mac 10.14.6 and when I tried to download it , a message stated that 10.15 and later is required to download. Sorry, I wish I could experience it !

Yah ! it's true. . . I could bring a Leslie every where without a truck or keep it in my mixing or recording studio without any space issue. Sounds like the real McKoy! Don't forget to put it on every electric organ plugin sounds you could have.

Even better than the real thing.
I know what I’m saying. Having used several Leslie models (even a 145), I can say that. If you know where put your hands (there are few controls, don’t worry) you can really obtain “album ready” sounds. The FM and AM modulation frequecies are identical (if not better) to the real thing. The noises coming from the rotors, belts and switch (that a can be switched off) add realism. The microphones choices (position and types) are wonderful and the sound is superb (even at high overdrive settings). The interaction between the volume and gain controls is perfect. For the future I suggest to add the possibility to select a treble horn with deflectors removed and the possibility to send directly the full range sound in the bass rotor (to mimic the classic “Born to Be Wild” sound). Again five stars, check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Great sound without the problems of transport and miking of the real thing.

Mandatory Tool
If you want to give your element or mix as a whole a high end feel, this emulation should be at hand. Any signal that passes through them becomes more beautiful and gives a boutique feel to the final result. I'm fascinated how these plugins manage to add such wonderful treatment to fonts. Congratulations to UA for bringing cutting-edge science to our reality!

A plugin that makes you play the piano for hours.
During the time I studied music, I played on many pianos from different builders.
When I play through this plugin, it reminds me of big concert halls with Steinway & Sons pianos! The sound is so beautiful that it makes me play for hours and hours.
I know, it's expensive! Maybe you should wait for the discount season :)

I love my Moog
I love my real Moog, a sub37, and when they play with this one together all is fine, no doubt about quality, it's a real Moog sound ! 5 stars
