2 Amazing reasons why you should get the Teletronix LA 2A
Reason No 2. Ease of use
I have tried so many LA 2A plugins, but this one (plus you get 3 versions) sounds the sweetest, warmest and less harsh than others. I compared it to the previous LA 2A plugin I had on the vocal / bass chain and the difference was Stella (like the drink). Don't think twice pick this up and enhance your mixes with the smooth sounds of the Teletronix, super bionic, ultrasonic, LA (not the place) 2 A. 3 thumbs up!

A MUST HAVE!
Can't say much about this. It works really well. You have to try it and hear for yourself. Works very well with 1176 and Fairchild. Triple crown!

A great organ, a little effort
No doubt, Waterfall is a great plugin, all the feel, all the nuances, all the vibe of the original. But remember, it's a plugin, so it's obviously a loooot less heavy.

I was using another "well known" version and this one just sounds better in the low mids and over all richness of the high end. Not shrill when you push it.

Rich resonance!
The sound quality is very good, plus the plug-ins are stable and do not run out of control.
If I had to say something, I would say that there are not enough setting items. I would have liked at least a velocity setting.

Very nice model!
Great sounding Hammond with a nice stereo field! Also very nice that you can change the Leslie belt tension for customized speed change ramps. It is now my go to, over both Halion and Arturia.

Stands out from the rest
I bought the Pultecs after buying two others, apart from the Logic stock plugin version. One of the others was similarly priced but none ever delivered what I expected. Buying the UA version after all that felt OTT and wasteful but, in the short time since, I’ve used it on every mix. My one gripe is that I’d like the option (a user setting maybe?) to have all 3 (at least 1 and 5) open as a set. I deduct one star for price

Quality emulations
These sound great and UAD has done a good thing to provide three versions. They're all useful in a given context. I'd rather have the three versions than a single version with all sorts of extra knobs to cover what these three do. Much easier to learn which of the three to use for which circumstances and then slap it on, twist knobs a few seconds, and it it sounds perfect. A single version like some others offer with extra knobs is a big time waster in my experience and difficult to get to sound spot on.

Stunning Virtualization!
The hardware version of this (made by you!) has always been my go to choice for so many situations I can't begin to say.
Now this virtualized version of it is astounding me in my DAW. I am thrilled with this piece!
