Although I am a kind of novice for music, I can feel the improvement of the sound. This helps me a lot in mixing. You have to try!!

Great Substitute For Tracking With Chorus Pedals
I find this is a a great substitute for tracking guitar with chorus (which I find tends to sound small and confined when recorded through a pedal into a mic'd amp). It does everything from wet 80s chorus to 90s Nirvana-esque grunge chorus, although I wish the vibrato and chorus could be used simultaneously instead of as an either-or thing. Overall, a good plugin and it should take care of most if not all of your guitar chorus needs

Huge sounding
These are a great set of tools for getting analog warmth and color to your parts of your song. The silver is my favorite, with the modern tone and clarity. Its worth it, I use these in every session for mixing. I highly recommend getting this collection.
.
try it on the final mix bus
few words needed: simple & powerful

CLASSIC BEAST!
I use the LA-2A on any and everything. Especially vocals! Love it. Don't do any audio without it. BUY IT!

A must have.
These are insane. An amazing versatile collection of 1176 emulations!

One of my new favorite reverbs
Deceptively simple to use, but a really rich sound, with plenty of shine if you want it. I tend to use plates for pretty long and thinned-out reverbs, and this is one of the best at this. Great on high percussion. Very nice!

Dreamy plate
I couldn't believe the simplicity and incredible sonic detail of this amazing Plate reverb! Definitely getting added to many mixes.

Studio D Chorus
Everyone knows what annoying cheap sounding chorus sounds like. Right?
Well, the Studio D Chorus ain't that baby!

Bang for the buck
Crisp, smooth, and rich sounding plate reverb. I'd recommend trying it out.

Absolutely Essential
I used so many 1176 modeled plugins for other venders: Bomb Factory, Waves, and IK. This knocks it out of the park. It definitely adds some magic to your tracks.

My new favorite reverb!
I am a huge fan of the Lexicon 224 and the EMT-140. So after seeing the plugin's $150 price tag and a slogan of "Easy to use", I can honestly say that I didn't really expect much. Boy did I judge this book by it's cover. This plugin just took over the #1 slot on my Reverb list in one day. Yes, it is easy to use, but with this plugin that does not equate to bad quality or poor performance. Very impressed! Try it out all you will see what I mean.

Quite possibly the best-sounding chorus ever made.
This remains one of the best ways to enhance width and add excitement to any track in your mix. This is indeed the Roland Dimension D, despite the initial confusion over the name due to licensing issues, and it sounds as incredible now as it ever has. I first heard this effect a few years ago and was immediately impressed with it, so much so that I had to get this plugin as soon as I got a UAD satellite. Very useful and impressive.

Fantastic
I finally had the chance to put the LA-2A Silver through its paces for mastering work. I needed A transparent limiter at the end of my mastering chain for a project. I've never used the hardware version, so I didn't have a frame of reference for comparing it to the "real" thing. But I definitely knew what I was going for. The tracks for mastering were already fairly hot gain-wise, and almost none needed any squeezing. I just needed to tame the transients. Boom! Perfect. Once I got a feel for how the Gain and Peak Reduction interact while in Limiter mode, it was VERY easy to dial in the right amount per track.
The funny part to me (about me) is that I'm an early adopter always looking toward the bleeding edge. I own 80% of the UAD-2 plugin catalogue at this point. I did a LOT of reading about hardware compressors, limiters, and EQs. I spent a LOT of time reading reviews of the UAD-2 plugins I own -- plugin counterparts to the hardware. I did not read up on was the LA-2A hardware, though I knew it's a serious classic. I didn't bother reading the uaudio reviews of the plugin version, either. So, it's a little ironic that it all came down to the LA-2A plugin, and how perfect it has been for my mastering chain.
Great plugin bundle! The price is a steal compared to the hardware.

The bees kneeeeees
Such a great plugin! A buddy has an original space echo and (as far as I can tell) this reacts exactly like the hardware. What makes that so important is that the hardware is soooooo damn cool to play with.
