Punch City!!!
It’s my new favorite compressor on mix bus and drum bus for sure! Only complaint is that I had been wanting this plugin for a while. I waited for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday and got it for $150 as it was “on sale.” A week later it went on sale for $39. I paid 5 times as much

a very good compressor
I recently bought a Volt1 and also the 1176 bundle. I chose this instead of the Volt176 to give myself more control over the compression on the track with the 1176 in the 'FX in' slot. It's working very well for me. The 1176 is also useful in many other spots in my mixes.

Fantastic Plugin
The 1176 collection has been great . Being able to use these compressors in my DAW is what I've always wanted and they sound like the original gear. Thanks to audio.

Hitsville EQ collection
I rarely write reviews...just lazy I guess. But these EQs really sound fab. They are both very musical and have the warmest high end I think I've ever heard. They will both be seeing a lot of work in my sessions.

Preamp is the deal here
Preamp is really good, so good that my 4 stars goes all by that way because personally never use the rest of the chain, the compressor is not so good if you're expeting that and kinda same for the eq. All the energy here is at the pre.

API Channel Strip Classic Modeling at its BEST
The API channel strip combines some very Tried & True BEST of the ERA. It is still in use at various studios and has been around since the Beatles used it. While at full price is expensive get it on a deal and it is a worthy addition to any Channel Strip collection.

Awesome For Guitars and Vocals
Great for getting a classic chorus or something really trippy. Great UI and will be using this constantly moving forward

From Subtle Saturation to Gritty Lofi, This Plugin Does It All
I work with a real Studer A800 MKIII and this plugin has all the benefits with none of the hassle. It has a smooth, pleasing user interface and gives as much control as needed for crafting wonderful sounds. This will live on my drum bus forever.

Best tape emulation plugin out there
I've tried just about every tape plugin out there and this one to me seems the closest to the real thing. Close enough that I don't desire to have the real thing anymore.

Very handy channel strip
I put this on every channel in my project template and it really speeds up my workflow tremendously. I highly recommend it. Pay attention to the sales though because I bought this on sale for $149 and little over a week later it was $49. Sad faced clown about that but it is what it is.

Awesome
This 2500 is a great compressor

Awesome!
The hardware Lexicon 224 cost is so high that instead that I am using my Apollo 16 as an external "hardware" effects box in conjunction with my hardware console. Sounds incredible! Beautiful reverbs...

Does what it says on the box!
I have other emulations of 1176, and they tend to have more bells and whistles . As is the case with the UAD La2a, but it seems to be the UAD ones that I use and prefer.
