I can't get over how good this sounds on bass. It's like butter!

LA-2A Vocal Goodness
The LA-2A Silver is the fastest way to get a pro sounding vocal I've come across while tracking. The Grey is useful for instruments and smoothing out a variety of attack times. They bring the sound forward in a non harsh way. Great tools.

Simple to use and sounds great !!
It's simple to use and sounds great !! The default color out of it sounds great, though the tone controls can smoothly adjust the flavor in a tasteful way. The entire range of the tone controls sound really good - it's not a huge amount of boosting or cutting, but that is useful to fine tune the color.
The high pass filter works well and I tend to keep it all the way up for most things.

Simple, lush, beautiful !!
Super simple to use - just press a button until you find the flavor you need and dial it in with a bus send level. Beautifully lush sounds for guitar or vocals !! While of course sounding great in stereo; it folds to mono very well too, for those who are concerned about that. It has instantly become my "go - to" chorus !!

1176 - Perfect... unbeatable.
Finally an 1176 that can work with fast attacks perfectly... no artefacts... just great tone and beautiful compression.
Thanks UAD!

Fantastic!
After decades of music production that started with analog tape machines I was never a believer in these tape machine simulators until I tried this one. It’s tough to describe what it does. There’s a warmth and depth that is immediately pleasing. To really hear the scope of what it does, run a very familiar piece of music into a stereo virtual channel and put oxide on an insert. Adjust input and output to taste. An A/B comparison will reveal something you’ll notice easily but find difficult to describe in words.
I want it on everything now!

Satisfied!!
The Oxide Tape Recorder plugin was all that it was hyped it would be. I found the way it causes the vocal tracks to stand out but not over power the rest of the project is just what I was looking for.

A go to plug-in ...
I use the Galaxy Tape Echo on nearly every mix I do. I apply to vocals and bass for space and depth, or to add warmth and atmosphere to dull tracks.

Magical Sound
If you love the old school sound like the early eighties indie bands had. This gear you must have!

Best for drum buss
My first choice compressor for the drum buss.
.
Sounds just like the pedal!
Not only is it a great warm analog sounding chorus with good features, put it on your guitar channel and it has that 70's-80's vibe immediately.

Good Plate Reverb
It does what it says on the tin - it's a great plate reverb. Works really well on a vocal bus, particularly for tracking. I find it has limited uses in my actual mixes though as it can be overpowering.
