Most of my work is percussion which the 1176 is for me the go to. That being said the LA-2A I find works well and sounds better on voice and instruments that are less percussive and sustain longer. Very smooth, love it.

The 1176 has been the go to compression for my percussion projects. Cant beat it.

Hitsville EQ Collection
A very good investment. From very analog , silky needs , to something that goes into louder directions . Different Fron Massive Passive . And the others . Bravi , Michele Ranauro.

The UAD Pultec has been my go to EQ for more than a decade. Sounds great.

I like simplicity and the most important tools present and this reverb offers that and a most pleasing sound to boot.

5/5
It's the sound Vangelis is known for, simply stunning! It's versatile, classy and sits in the mix just right. Love it on vocals, synths & piano! There's also a plethora of great presets to explore and get your creative juices flowing.

Subtle but pleasing
A nice subtle analog sounding EQ. Smooth and warm.

Really happy with these
Using compressor together with these limiters is so rewarding! Of course they sound great on their own too. I have G-channel Bus compressor and sometimes I end up using one of these instead.

Needs a bit experimentation, but it's worth it.
I got really nice compression with almost any source I tried, but I really had to read user manual for this collection to understand what each version were really meant for. Awsome products!

Handy for recording vocals
Usually I track vocal dry, but when singer really want some ambient I add this to phonemix, but not print it, since I want to tweak settings later in a mix.

A must have
This was the biggest reason to choose Heritage edition. Otherwise I would bought it separately. I use it for adding air for drums, body for guitars and tightness for bass. Old Pultec trickalmost always does wonders even when track sounds good on it's own.

That extra warmth on your channels
Great for adding that extra warmth on any of your channels. Recommended!

Perfect for dance music
Trying to get the right tone in any bass heavy productions? Well this is the eq of choice. Just start dialing the knobs and you will clearly see why this was an eq of choice for soul music. The frequencies chosen are so perfect for the bottom end. Try it on drums, bass and yes even vocals. Words are not enough to describe what seems like a simple eq. It's a hidden gem. If you do EDM, HIPHOP, REGGAE you need this one

Very authentic
Very authentic
It really does have that vintage sound. It seems to be hard to authorize on UA connect but I’m doing something wrong.
But it works fine in Luna, logic definitely worth having

Stunning Plate
A fantastic plate. I worked in a studio with the plate reverb back in the 80's in London and to my ears, this sounds identical to the real thing. I don't say this lightly, but this has made every plate VST plugin I have, redundant. Like my other reviews, I have nothing but admiration and respect for what UAD has done and how much these plugins have blurred the line between virtual and real hardware.

Sensational
These plugins are insanely good. As I've said, these sound almost undistinguishable from the hardware. Beyond happy with the results. Magic on the vocal and mix bus and for mastering.
