88RS Channel Strip Rocks
You know it is good so why wait? I was amazed once I heard the Neve 88RS Channel Strip plugin demo in my studio. It makes what ever you put through it sound good. Use it in unison mode for tracking or use any part of it to add EQ, Compression or saturation to a channel. I put it on the mix bus and found it to be highly useful for fine tuning the sound. Like I said, just get this one.

Amazing Neve 88RS sound!
Incredible warmth and color. One of the closest things I’ve ever heard to real analog hardware. Amazing emulation of the legendary Neve circuitry.

Amazing strip! Instant gratification & sound quality. The EQ really shines. What else can I say, it's Neve/ UAD. UAD was nice enough to give me a discount & I only paid $ 49 to upgrade - THANKS UA! This is as close as it gets to hardware without the cost. Keep em' coming!

Sweety and meaty! NEVE 31102
This is another UA Plug in that will be on every mix. Vocals, Bass, Drums, and also guitars. It has the top sheen and low end thump you would expect from a Neve console EQ. This is a great first choice, and all around EQ if you are looking for an introduction to Neve sounds and want something besides the same 1073 that can be applied across you channels - CPU dose is fairly low depending on your card size compared to other plugs so it is possible. Smooth and great sounding EQ to ad to your 1073 and the rest of your arsenal.

When I use for Vacal with NEVE 1073 Preamp
I recent purchased Uad's Neve 1073 Preamp So I'm not Good well.
But I hope to use with Low cut Plug-ins. Good Lock Everyone ^^*

that Neve bite !
It has that neve bite. have had the legacy before this one and this sounds so much better! Recording guitars is a feast. The mic input has some magic hotspots even in the plugin. I also use the mic input with line signals because it can create a color i sometimes look for with dirty synths. The expand/gate is great en very usefull. With plugins it is so great that you can have several options so SSL today and Neve tomorrow? No problem.

Awesome!
Did a small live event with my wife as the vocalist. I finally tried my apollo twin duo in a live setting.
My chain... The apollo twin duo, the Neve 1073, the Cambridge EQ, the LA-2A-L, the Pultec Pro Legacy, a Telefunken m80 and an outboard BBE 482i as my signal chain. RealVerb Pro on an Aux. Ran it all into a small format mixer then to powered speakers.

This plug in is worth twice the price! I've used it in Unison-I have a few outboard Neve preamps now I have a few more-DSP hungry yes, but possible to use the preamps alone while tracking then you can colour the tracks with the less hungry SÉ and Legacy EQ's-as soon as I use these as inserts, the tracks instantly sit well in any mix I've used them on-I have many UA plugins but this one has quickly become my number one!

I have the 1073 plugin which is great...now with the 1081 I now have an even wider pallet of that great Neve EQ - sounds great!

In theory I should be able to get the tone and professionalism from my DAW that this EQ allows. I tried and tried but I cannot. This EQ makes my mixes come to life. It sounds amazing, it breathes... air, enhances and enchants and doesn't even use that much DSP. For me, this the 1081 is essential. I pair this with an sm7b for a vocal tone that is unparalleled. It breathes life into muddy tracks and makes everything feel awake. Great job, UAD. Best EQ ever.

Amazing Sound and Flexibility
I already had the 88RS Legacy strip and demoed the new 88RS, put them both on the same track and went back and forth. The 88RS sound is so much closer to the analog board and I was amazed. Both the 88RS and the Legacy version sound great, but have different character, so I use them both.
My only issue with the new 88RS is the DSP use...maybe the most of any plugin I have. That's why it gets a 4. Soundwise, it's a 5.
