UA plugins are spot on for me and my ears! I love them, every one of them that's I've downloaded and the Manley Tube Preamp is right on par. Giving me warmth and attitude when I need it and it's also subtle as well. Very nicely done guys!!

I've tried it, and it's on my list for the very next purchase.
A great all around preamp. Clean, but warm, round, suitable for absolutely anything. Synths, vocals, drums, guitars, bass, whatever. Almost has a tube warmth, but with less mud, a more open top, and yet without the sharper edges you'd associate with a solid state.
It almost fools you it's tube, but without uncanny clarity.

Really "subtle"
To believe in that product, you really have to be... a believer. It does nothing, and if you push it, you get distortion, nothing else. This is pure fetishism.
