This One Takes the Cake!
I hardly ever write product reviews. That said, here is where I make an exception.
The versatility, ease of use, beautiful tube timbre and compression characteristics all come together in a way that makes the audio signal you pass through it really pop!
For any electronic music producers out there... pass your kick and bass/sub (together) through the century tube, after you're finished processing the individual channels. Careful with gain staging, don't come in too hot. Apply very subtle 10k boost, remove small amount of boxiness/muddiness (if necessary) between 250-600 Hz, add some 110 Hz niceness, and apply 1-3 (max!) gain reduction on the compressor. This will usually squeeze another 5% out of the kick/bass/sub combo, tightening up the low end very nicely, glueing both elements, and at the same time making them really pop!

Badly needs machine activation
Was playing with my band and had no reliable internet connection at the moment. This and the some other UA softsynths could not go online to check the activation. Because of this Studio One could not function and the music was dead. To band, because this is a good plug-in when it functions.
Can you change to an activation that is more friendly to musicians and composers on the go? Would be 5/5 with a better system for activation. Please ditch the internet authorization or dongles. Just do a machine activation like Arturia, XLN, Softube etc.
I would have written this customer feedback to the support but last time I kindly asked the for the support to please forward a suggestion to the development team the UA support answered that No we do not take suggestions.

The most exciting of three tape plugins (in a good way)!
Compared to Studer, this brightens and brings tracks forward in a hyped, exciting way. I did not think I needed this tape plugin, but lately I've been using over Studer for those reasons and I use the Ampex for submixes and the mix bus. Just get it!

Great plate reverb in you hand.
Largely satisfied with the results obtained from the Pure Plate Reverb

Simply wow!
I've always heard good things about these compressors but until you put them on a channel in your daw you can't understand the power, the versatility and the ease of use of the Teletronix collection.

Makes a huge difference.

Won't work with Reason software
Plugin was part of a promo with the UA Volt I purchased. I'm sure the plugin works fine with compatible platforms but be warned, if you use Reason this will NOT work.

Enhancer Maximus
This does a beautiful job of enhancing the shape of your source material whether vocal or instrument or mix bus.

Killer on guitars!
So far I've gotten to use this on some distorted guitars and it really helped bring out the midrange snarl and added punch and weight.
Looking forward to trying it on some other sources.

Great channel strip
I am loving having this for tone shaping during tracking, particularly on drums. Deffo a key ingredient to getting my tracks sounding like a record at the source.

Just magical
Heavy guitars sound magical. There isnt a bad setting on here, its fairy dust sprinkled on everything I track at home to send to the producer.

Classic tape delay
I'm not sure I agree with keeping ALL the limitations of the original interface, but it will be hard to make a sound with this that isn't plausibly analog-like. UA's experience in tape simulations comes through here over some of the competing versions.
