Simplicity
I am using this on vocals mainly (it's named Voice of God, right?), and it can quickly "tune" the low end of the vocals ... I turn the knobs until I hear/feel what I would describe as "gravity" ... for me, it's a five or six trick pony. Not super versatile but sometimes just the right ingredient.

Instant Lows
All you have to do is turn it on =) I slapped the plug on the master. It adds the perfect amount of low end. I didn't even try any of the presets.

VOG is good.
I would'nt have thought that a bass resonance filter would make so much difference to my mixes, before using it I thought it was a highpass filter with delusions of grandeur. However upon applying it to a number of tracks I now find it an indispensable tool for tweaking and shaping the bottom end of multiple tracks and as a consequence tightening and smoothing tracks that otherwise would be problematic.

Great sound - fiddly knobs
I have had VOG for a couple of weeks and love what it does to kick drums and vocals. Haven't used it on bass that much yet. My only real complaint is the knobs are hard to read and move as soon as you click on them. I have resorted to using Logic's generic control view so I can be more accurate with my adjustments. Personally, I think that is TOO much attention on making it look original and not enough on how it actually works using a mouse on a computer. Sounds GREAT though!!

VOG - is very useful tool
Hi.
I use it on kick drum, sometimes on bass but the most impressive use to me is, when you add it on a snare drum and turn off the "100". Like it very much - I do not regret of buying this plug-in.

Useful, but not my thing
I don't use it much! I have varied results with it. Works better on kick than bass guitar or synth (unless you have a droney monotone part). Can be really cool, but not always.
Is it a useful tool? Yes!
Can you pretty much do the same thing with virtually every other parametric EQ? Yes-pretty much!
Your mileage may vary on this plug, and if you're doing dance music this would be pretty useful. For me, I don't so I regret this purchase a little. I don't use it much.
I wish UA had a "I regret my purchase" program. Where we could trade in towards another UA plug.

Perfect audio tool. Works perfect.. I also used the real VOG and still sounds better but this one is very useful and does the job.

Solid
Use this on all basslines in my electronic tracks now, and also on kick drums. It's a lot like this other plugin I used to use to "expand" bass, but it's so much more solid, and doesn't increase the overall amplitude of the signal half as much! Just great!

The warmth that it provides is indescribable. Without it the bass guitar & drum lack richness & intensity. This plugin will always be one of my most absolute favorite.

Dial in that low end!
This is one of my favorite plugins. Used in tandem with Transient Designer, it is very easy to dial in a substantial, focused bass response on most program material, from kicks and toms to bass guitar and vocals. Much easier and more effective than eq'ing alone. Again, I recommend using the VOG with a transient processor for big, resonant, focused low-end sculpting.

A powerful and intuitive tool
I've used the VOG on kick drums, synths and live bass, and I have to say, I like what I hear. The VOG is not magical plug-in that will instantly fix all your low-end issues (nor is it advertised as one), but it truly does a great job in helping you fine tune the bass frequencies in your mix. With graphic EQs, I sometimes commit the crime of EQing with my eyes instead of ears. The VOG, with it's simple and intuitive interface, invites you to use your ears when dialing in that crucial low end, which I think in most cases gives you better results. The Renaissance Bass plug-in used to be my go to plug-in for bass enhancement, but with the VOG in my arsenal, that is about to change.

Makes mixing bass a breeze!
I love the way that this plugin sounds, adding harmonics to the bass instruments to give a warm presence without muddying up other frequencies. A must have for all of my mixes with bass involved, very nice easy way to get the low end just right!

Little Labs® Voice Of God
Fantastic and easy to use. Works well on bass, but also on a lot of other material. I find myself dropping it on midrange stuff too. I might be able to get results somewhere close (but not quite) with a lot of work with various EQs, but this tool is wicked simple and fast.
