This unit is cool for limited use when use need a specific 80’s vibe but perhaps could find its way into some newer music too because of its lo fi (13 bits I believe) and wild caps abilities . My thoughts on it is that it’s a bit of a “trickster” and can add movement to sources. It does this in a way that’s really different from any other UAD delay plug-in , and I’ve tried them all. If you need just one delay plug-in, this probably isn’t it. However, if you need a delay plugging that can shines with more of an effect than a beautifying sound, this should be a strong contended and it’s “movement” is really pronounced (and easy to use).

It sounds great, and all the controls help get the sound you want. I love my DD-2s, DD-3s, my Midiverb 2s, etc but this unit/plugin is a really nice to have alongside those favorites of mine. I've found myself using this instead a lot more lately.

Loving this for those U2 delay tones.
I love plugging my Strat directly into my Apollo using 2 channels. That way, I can have 2 instances of this plugin in parallel. Great tones!
