Smooth to Saturated
This thing does it all and opens up a world of creative production and tone character. Very happy customer.

Great weird delay for sound effects
I have been using this delay as sound effect for EFX tracks. It especially gets interesting around the point of self-oscillating. the playing with the delay times creates great soundscapes. i love it!

Great Plug!
I really like how easy it was - to my ear - to get sounds reminiscent of Page, Rhoads and Moore (Certainly can't say my playing competence is anywhere near theirs, but at least the effect seems true)! I am most impressed with the ease of use.

Great warm delay, not only for Guitar but amazing for electronic Music
I discovered the EP-34 through a friend who is using it all the time for Lo-fi, downtempo, trip-hop chill-out production
I own already the roland space echo 201 emulation but the EP34 has something special with a warmer and more happier sound...
I don't need to tell you that it's not only a delay but an instrument that can be used in a subtle way for doubling or creating a nice spacy atmosphere or a psychedelic FX.
I use it on anything for electronic music, mainly nu-disco, balearic production.
It works perfectly on analog synthesizer, Moog voyager, minibrute, Korg Volca, and all sort of other drums.
It's one of the first delay that I will recommend even before the 201 combine with the Fatso you'll have a powerful warm tool.

Echo plex as 70' hardware
I recently mixed an album under the concept of 'old school' warmth and tubelike. Unfortunately my hardware device Roland RE201 was not responding the way i was use to and lack of time and economy made me make a quick decision. I desperately needed the tape echo character and so I demoed the echo plex and watched UA video and I was amazed: Not a difficult choice. It sounds great and react and sounds like tape echo for real.

EP-34 Tape Echo Plug-In
I'm a guitar player. Within a minute of trying the EP-34 Tape Echo plug-in, I knew I was gonna have to buy it. Great on guitar, vocals...most likely just about anything. Sonic bliss!

Phenomenal Rich Atmosphere!
I LOVE this plug! It's for doing repeats, but honestly what I love most about it is setting it just to create a general atmosphere, particularly on lead instruments and vocals. The 3D and depth of the sound is incredible. I look at something like the Space Echo as more of a special effect whereas this plug is something I will probably use on almost every mix, even in just small amounts.

Better than the original hardware version
This plugin has the best of both the 3 and 4 model and best of all no tape to replace in the middle of a session like with the original hardware. It is very easy to us and sounds like the original as well as functions like the hardware version.

EP-34 tape echo plugin
The EP-34 sounds amazing and is very easy to use. I much enjoy the roughness and dirty lo-fi quality the tape emulation brings to the mix compared to the stock logic plugins.

Excellent software, like i expected.
With the wet button, when you print your audio and move it ahead according to the delay time , you've got a great tape sound without delay at no more expense.
The only drawback is the maximum delay time of 700ms. That's a 1/2 at 67bpm.
I thought software could beat the hardware on this.
Too bad, but not enough to ruin the pleasure and true character it adds to your music.

Just, wow.
I really fell in love with it! I route my monophonic synths to this and it just gives them a great groove with a classic spacious ambiance to fill in those gaps.
I Highly recommend it, Thanks UA !!

Excellent!
The great thing about UA plug-ins is you know they are not cashing in on famous names (well, they are I guess!) and selling poor copies of the real thing. Instead they really do work hard to make it as close as possible to the original. I have found that since I got this into my armoury I have used it more and more, and it has become a crucial factor in much of my work. What I love so much is I want to experiment with it and see what happens, and its always surprising me. Excellent indeed.

One of the Best Tape Delay Plugin!
The EP-34 is such an incredible Tape Delay plugin. Yes, you can do crazy effects with it, but it also works great as a simple delay effect. The EP-34 can be driven into distortion for a nice grungy sound, if that's what you want. Sounds great on vocals, synths, electric guitars, etc.

So analog !
That's the first warm analog sounding delay i've ever experienced.
The EP-34 brings life where other plugs will just repeat.
Automating a delay have never been so fun and creative before.
Only downside for me is the DSP usage as it's more of an Aux type FX you can't really freeze/bounce.
Still gets 5 stars !

Everything I expected from UA
Every time I get a new UA plugin I'm shocked at how accurate and pleasing to the ear they always are. This one is no exception but is exceptional. If you have had the chance to work with the original this will not just sound proper to you, but feel right to control. My favorite on guitar and vocals.

Great reproduction of the original
If you like the vintage unit then you'll love this. UA did a remarkable job reproducing the original, complete with nuance sounds & self oscillation, and of course fully recallable, automatable and plug in as many units as you want.
