    Musical and Subtle

    Love the 175B and 176 compressors for maintaining a rich natural and warm fat sound. I use them primarily on clean guitars and for squishing room mics in a way that just sounds natural. If you're into just wanting to give a little 50's/60's character to instruments that need just a little something special, these are hard to beat.

    Great Saturating Compressor

    Just as the title says, the tube warmth and saturation can really be heard with these guys. I really never hear anybody say they're using one of these compressors, it seems slept on. It's kind of a mix of all the popular studio compressors. They're good, if that's what you're asking for.

We provide three activations per license. We support activation on your computer or on an iLok USB key.

For every UAD plug-in that supports native and Apollo/UAD-2 versions, you get a license for both upon purchase, or the option to get it through an upgrade.

Native plug-ins are supported on macOS and Windows systems. See our Native UAD System Requirements article for full system requirements. An iLok account is required for managing your native plug-in licenses. We support iLok USB keys for portability, but one is not required.
