    Freezes a lot. Had high hopes for this but disappointed

    I have used multiple DAWs but when comparing this to other free DAWs like Sonar by Cakewalk, Luna is very unstable. Constant crashes and worse part is system gets in state where it will not play tracks. I have had to close app restart. Drop my focusrite interface and add it back to correct the problem.

No UA hardware of any kind is required. LUNA runs natively on your computer.

LUNA runs on supported macOS and Windows systems. See our LUNA system requirements article for full system requirements. An iLok account is required for managing LUNA licenses. We support iLok USB keys for portability, but one is not required.

While an iLok.com account is required, LUNA is authorized to your computer. No need to be online or buy a dongle to get started. Don’t worry, if you don’t have an iLok account, we’ll create one for you during the signup process.

Yes, LUNA and Apollo work perfectly together and enable realtime monitoring and recording workflows. Due to high demand, we’ve decided to extend LUNA’s availability to everyone.
