    the demo

    i can't really tell can't ever get it working right, can't get midi to work i use M-Audio usb audio interface can't get Luna to recognize it, i watch your videos i don't know what i'm missing, the one time i did get a sound it lag for about 3to4 second. I love the way the workflow looks that is beautiful. I've used about ever DAW you you can think but been using Mixcraft Pro 10 , when i seen your i though that would be a step up but maybe if you have any suggestion on what i am doing wrong i would be gtatefull.

    Feedback on LUNA Digital Audio Workstation

    Hello,

    I recently downloaded LUNA and my first impression is very positive — the interface and workflow look great.

    However, I noticed that the installation process automatically adds a large number of VST3 plug-ins, which also appear inside DaVinci Resolve. Since I use Resolve intensively for audio and video editing, having all these extra plug-ins show up there creates some confusion in its interface.

    It would be very helpful if there were an option during installation to choose which plug-ins to install, or at least to keep them separate from other DAWs or editing software.

    All The Right Parts In All The Right Places

    I didn't think achieving "analogue vibe" in a DAW was really possible without including analogue hardware in the signal chain. Luna may well be on the way to changing my mind about that. Personally I'd like to see a separate, detachable, resizable, more comprehensive midi editor, but only because I like working with virtual instruments. Grid lines are a bit hard to see. Not quite sure how to correct that just yet. Something for a future update perhaps? That said, so far I'm really quite impressed. If you too were skeptical about anything digital sounding more "analogue", then Luna may be well worth a try.

    Works great just needs a better system for saving files

    Love luna so far the only issue I have is with files being saved. I accidentally deleted all my files and had to do some crazy work around to get it back on the system. Anyone reading this make sure you save the versions you plan on working on your computer!

No UA hardware of any kind is required. LUNA runs natively on your computer.

LUNA runs on supported macOS and Windows systems. See our LUNA system requirements article for full system requirements. An iLok account is required for managing LUNA licenses. We support iLok USB keys for portability, but one is not required.

While an iLok.com account is required, LUNA is authorized to your computer. No need to be online or buy a dongle to get started. Don’t worry, if you don’t have an iLok account, we’ll create one for you during the signup process.
