On classics like David Bowie’s Low, and Iggy Pop’s The Idiot, producer Tony Visconti used the H910 to pitch down drum sounds, famously saying it “f*cked with the fabric of time.” Conversely, AC/DC engineer Tony Platt used the H910 to fatten up Back in Black’s iconic snare sound, while Eddie Van Halen used two H910’s for max spread in the 80’s.

The plug-ins run on the hardware itself, without adding strain to your computer’s CPU. In an Apollo, onboard DSP processing allows you to run realtime UAD plug-ins with near-zero latency, and even record that processing directly to your DAW.
