    Ideal for home recording.

    Crucially, having a native plugin allows me to disconnect the laptop and record the guitar straight in through my interface without any ground hum - while still retain the feel of playing through an amp.

    Perhaps it's me?

    Perhaps it's me? .....Maybe I'm just not setting things correctly but I find getting a good sound ( not distorted or strident) when using the app very difficult and limited. Especially compared to the "pedal" version which I also have and works well.

    OK for what it is

    Was hoping for something with more headroom, thats on me. It sounds nice when cranked up. Distortion is smooth. But not the cleans I wanted. Not quite as robust sounding thumpiness as I get on NAM or sims. It has a thinner duller sound to me. Limited IRs are not an issue because you can just load your own. I guess I'm more a Twin guy.
