Universal Audio’s Native Plug‑In Subscription Now Available for Both Windows and Mac Creators
— UAD Spark empowers musicians with iconic analog hardware and instrument plug-ins for a low monthly price —
SCOTTS VALLEY, CA • September 27th, 2022 — Universal Audio Inc. (UA), a worldwide leader in audio production tools including Apollo and Volt audio interfaces, UAD plug-ins, UA mics, and UAFX guitar pedals, is proud to introduce Windows support for UAD Spark, UA’s native plug-in subscription. With this update, select UAD plug-ins now run natively on Windows 10 and 11 PCs as well as Macs.
The UAD Spark plug-in subscription is an expanding collection of UAD plug-ins and instruments, including some of UA’s best titles from Neve,® Moog,® API,® Lexicon,® Studer,® UA, and more. Now available for Windows PCs and Mac, UAD Spark plug-ins run natively — no UA hardware required — in all major DAWs that support VST3, AAX, and AU formats.

The UAD Spark subscription is available for $19.99/month ($149.99/year) with a 14-day free trial. Volt USB audio interface owners receive an extended 30-day free trial, and owners of perpetual UAD plug-in licenses receive corresponding native UAD Spark plug‑ins for free.
