Press Release

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA • June 13, 2012 —Universal Audio is pleased to announce the addition of Rick Fabiano to the company as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Fabiano will be responsible for all aspects of the organization's financial operations and will help drive the next stage of the company’s development.

Mr. Fabiano joins UA from Xsigo Systems, a leader in virtualized data center infrastructure, where he was Vice President of Finance. Prior to Xsigo, Mr. Fabiano was co-founder and Vice President of Finance for Netgear, where he supported the growth of the business through the company’s successful IPO. Mr. Fabiano also held Director of Finance positions with Bay Networks and Tandem Computers, and began his career at IBM, holding finance and accounting positions in Boca Raton, Florida and Santa Clara, California.

"We are thrilled to add Rick Fabiano to the executive team at Universal Audio," says Bill Putnam, founder and CEO of Universal Audio. "His expertise and leadership in both finance and the technology sector is a strong combination that will help position us for future growth and opportunity.”
