This IS USEFULL if you are out of time to finish your Mix and just need to add final touches quick. Read the instruction manual as this plugin is not very intuitive, if you don't get how it works it makes your mix worse. Once you understand that the knobs are labeled with step# 1 then 2 then 3 then it starts working it's magic. Think of this as the pepper and salt of the mastering spice rack be careful not to add too much and It will get your master 90% there.

As someone new to DAWs and a non-mastering engineer, the masterdesk really makes mastering easy with an all-in-one plug-in. There are plenty of tutorials out there from experts on how to use it as well. It's actually helping to train me on what to listen for in a listenable mastered product!

This mastering tool is a great thing, presets or manually, it helps to shape your final sound!
