Exactly what I hoped it would be! 5 Stars even though something's missing (for me)...
Pair this pedal with a TS-style overdrive, choose the right tone stack and we're far away from the Blues! Finally a UAFX pedal can also resemble sounds associated with another Californian...

Loving this pedal
Another great amp emulation from UA. This took quite a bit of time for me to understand how to get a great tone , but the effort is definitely worth it. Now, how about a multi effect unit...

ENIGMATICLY DUMBLED
My name is Jeff Baily from Blanca, CO. I received my copy of "Dumble in a Box" on Monday, 10-21-24, on the advice of Corey Congilio at Working Class Guitar. Store demo version from good folks at Sweetwater Sound.
After a couple of hiccups, it's up and running.
I absolutely love this piece of workmanship. Does exactly what it says it will do - no “almost there”’s, no “well that's close enough”, no “bs” - just spot on behavior at 3,750% less cost than the supposed 1.5 Joe B. paid for Lowell’s Dumble.
That is impressive. I only have a 15 watt, 12” speaker amp that has 2 count ‘em tubes - really weak - won’t even open the doors on my 720 sq ft house. Plug in a Dumble in a Box and doors are flying off the hinges as the windows crack & shatter and open up to the elements.
Impressive.
Cleans are clean with just the slightest suggest of a little sand with OD knob turned fully counterclockwise - very pleasing. But give it some gain and OD and FET, the wrath of HAD (Howard) is upon you in oh such a controllable, every note heard not slurred kind of way.
Very impressive.
Kudos team UA - you really knocked it out of the park and the sustain is still carrying that ball for miles and miles and miles. Well done all!
Thanks for you efforts - I have Starlight, Astria and Golden UAFX full sized effects as well - sound fantastic and play well with Dumble.
You guys did good.

PS - I am here to lobby, once again, that Corey Congilio, Big Cheese at Working Class Guitar, gets his own pedal. Pedal please. You can sign me up for one of those. I know there are others who would be just as interested - lots of others....food for thought and thanks!T. Benoist
Love This Pedal !!!!
Spend some time with the tone workflow diagram and playing with the pedal. You will be rewarded with great sounds. I don't know if it sounds like a Dumble, and I don't care it sounds great!

First time giving 1 star to UA, Bluetooth is a nightmare
Don't get me wrong, this a great sounding pedal, great design, a beauty, BUT the Bluetooth connectivity issues is horrible, I tried everything, just a nightmare, an it looks that I wasn't the only one according to internet. For this price I was expecting a smother workflow so I could concentrate more in the creative side instead of turning off, reset etc just to get the app connected.

Exactly what I hoped it would be! 5 Stars even though something's missing (for me)...
Pair this pedal with a TS-style overdrive, choose the right tone stack and we're far away from the Blues! Finally a UAFX pedal can also resemble sounds associated with another Californian manufacturer - only a noise gate is missing (and an oversized 4x12 V30 cab/mike combo)!

Another great amp emulation from UA. This took quite a bit of time for me to understand how to get a great tone , but the effort is definitely worth it. Now, how about a multi effect unit UA? It's time!
