The Little Labs IBP Phase Alignment Tool plug-in lets you easily eliminate the undesirable hollow comb-filtered sound when combining out-of-phase and partially out-of-phase audio signals. Fully authenticated by Little Labs, the IBP Phase Alignment Tool plug-in is a “fix it” as well as a creative one, letting you tweak audio phase as a texture and tonal color. Whether combining direct and miked signals, acoustic guitar and vocal mics, drum kit mics, or multiple split-guitar amps, the Little Labs IBP Phase Alignment Tool plug-in makes sure signal phase can be quickly and easily controlled and manipulated.

Work Quickly with Simple Controls

With just two knobs, you can dial in the VOG’s desired frequency and effect amplitude. The center of the sweepable frequency range is selected via two push-buttons of 40 Hz and 100 Hz, or you can set the center to 200 Hz by pressing both buttons simultaneously. Everything below the targeted frequency peak is rolled off, while frequencies above remain intact.

The VOG’s flexibility makes it useful on a wide range of sources. Use it to easily simulate proximity effect for adding chest resonance and “heft” to vocals, get enormous-sounding drums, or completely transform the tonal characteristics of an electric bass.

    One of the best tools during Sound Editing

    When we do time correction or waveform allignment during Sound Editing, it simply retrieves phase cancelled low frequencies and vanished elements of sounds

    Great for fixing phase of tracks with multiple mics

    Works perfectly on drums, guitars, bass, whatever. Instead of "mouse-aligning" tracks and flipping the phase with, just take this one and get the best possible phase alignment.

Yes, you’ll need an Apollo audio interface, UAD-2 Satellite, or UAD-2 PCIe card to run these plug-ins, using the onboard DSP. The plug-ins run on the hardware itself, without adding strain to your computer’s CPU. In an Apollo, onboard DSP processing allows you to run realtime UAD plug-ins with near-zero latency, and even record that processing directly to your DAW.

This refers to the number of SHARC DSP processors in Apollo and UAD-2 hardware. A DUO core system has twice the amount of processing power compared to a SOLO core system. More SHARC DSP cores increases the number of UAD-2 plug-ins you can run on the hardware.

No, Satellites provide DSP to run UAD-2 plug-ins in your DAW.

Yes, you can start a fully functional 14-day demo from any plug-in bundled with the UAD software. Simply click “Start Demo”, and start using it in your DAW.

UAD-2 licenses follow the hardware, it does not matter which computer they are connected to.
